No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide administrative review services of child support payments to local registries through the Office of the Attorney General at the request of an obligor.

The Office of Attorney General (OAG) states that costs for conducting administrative review of child support payments to local registries could be reasonably absorbed by the agency.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
