No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.  The bill reflects only a change in the committees that are represented on the electric oversight committee and will not impact agency operations.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
