HB1975 by Deshotel (Relating to providing a physical address for a ballot to be delivered to the early voting clerk.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Election Code by requiring the early voting clerk to include in the balloting materials a  notice of the clerk's physical address for purposes of return by common or contract carrier.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Local governmental entities will incur minimal costs to include the required language in the balloting materials.
