No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Adjutant General's Department to include a description of all Texas National Guard missions in progress and a statement of how the department plans to obtain and maintain future missions in the Adjutant General's annual report to the governor. The bill would not significantly affect the operations of state government.
