No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would amend the Human Resources Code, Section 61.054 to allow the Texas Youth Commission to carry unexpended balances to the next fiscal year for any unexpended proceeds from the sale or license of treatment programs developed by the commission.
