No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend procedural rule-making items; such as, legislative review and gubernatorial suspension of certain rules of state agencies.  Under current law, the Governor may suspend rules only in the event of a declared natural disaster or similar emergency.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
