No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis by the Public Utility Commission, any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within current resources.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.  Local governments may see some additional revenue from successful prosecutions of the offense, but the amount of revenue is not expected to be significant.
