No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require state institutions of higher education to develop a procedure to respond to threatened acts of violence by a student or employee. All institutions responding to this bill indicated  no significant fiscal implication to implementation of the legislation.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
