No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require state institutions of higher education to develop a procedure to respond to threatened acts of violence by a student or employee. All institutions responding to this bill indicated this would be no signigicant fiscal implication.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
