No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill authorizes a domestic relations office (DRO) to issue an administrative writ of withholding in a proceeding in which the DRO is providing child support enforcement services. The Office of the Attorney General indicates no operational impact.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
