HB2154 by Denny (Relating to appealing certain decisions of an election judge at a polling place.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Election Code, Chapter 32 to provide for appeals of decisions made by election judges at polling places. The bill would take immediate effect if the bill receives two-thirds of the votes of members of each house.  Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
