FROM:

IN RE:
HB2157 by Hartnett (Relating to the use of the judicial and court personnel training fund.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code, Chapter 56 to add certain family law judicial officers to those judicial officers receiving training funded with the Judicial and Court Personnel Training Fund.  This estimate assumes that the family law judicial officers can attend training programs already provided at no significant additional cost to the state.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
