HB2266 by Raymond (Relating to the placement of electronic monitoring devices in the rooms of certain residents in assisted living facilities.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide family members, of a patient with Alzheimer's or a related disorder, the opportunity to place electronic monitoring devices in the room of a patient in an assisted living facility.

According to the Department of Human Services, the bill would have no fiscal impact on the agency, the family of the patient would be responsible for the cost of the device.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
