No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Relative to a suit affecting the parent-child relationship, the bill would add the court of continuing jurisdiction to those to whom a party must give notice of changes in personal information. The bill would also require a party to file a motion within a specified time period to request a waiver of the notice requirements. The bill would have no significant fiscal implication to the state.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
