IN RE:
HB2324 by McReynolds (Relating to the practice and regulatory environment for registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Board of Nurse Examiners to approve and adopt rules regarding pilot programs for innovative applications of professional nursing. The agency indicates it would contract with a third party to perform the monitoring and evaluation of pilot programs and that any reimbursement funds would go directly to that third party.

The Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners indicates the bill would have no cost to the agency.
