No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Utilities Code relating to a limitation on an electric utility's installed generation capacity.  The  Public Utility Commission anticipates any additional work as a result of the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed with current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
