No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Utilities Code regarding duties of an electric utility to provide information requested by customers.  The Public Utility Commission indicates it could absorb the rulemaking costs associated with the bill within its current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
