IN RE:	HB2349 by Dawson (Relating to regulation of frozen dessert products and manufacturing.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 431 and Chapter 440 of the Health and Safety Code to expand enforcement authority relating to the regulation of frozen dessert products and manufacturing.

The Texas Department of Health would amend existing rules to incorporate the statutory changes and assumes any associated costs could be absorbed within existing appropriations.
