No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

The Public Utility Commission indicates that passage of the bill would have a $109,381 cost per year to the agency.  It is assumed that any additional work as a result of the pasage of the bill could be absorbed within the Public Utility Commission's resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
