No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill, which proposes benefit changes to the Law Enforcement and Custodial Officers (LECOS) Supplemental Retirement Fund, the Judicial Retirement System - Plan II, and the Employees Retirement System, will not effect many members of these retirement programs, and therefore, if adopted would have no significant fiscal impact.  


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
