No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Utilities Code to expand the definition of public retail customer.  The Public Utility Commission indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
