No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Commission of Environmental Quality indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within current resources.  It is assumed that the bill affects Section 13.503 and 13.5031 of the Water Code and not the Property Code as stated in SECTION 1.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
