No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would authorize a municipality that allows the exercise of religion or organized religious worship in both residential and commercial zoning districts to apply only the least restrictive site development regulations of the least restrictive zoning district that allows organized religious worship. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.
