No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Utilities Code relating to the regulation of certain telecommunications and electric service providers and the enforcement of certain penalties.  The Public Utility Commission indicates it could absorbe the minor rulemaking costs associated with this bill within the agency's existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
