HB2474 by Callegari (Relating to electronic surveillance.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure by updating definitions in regard to electronic surveillance, and to match changes to federal statutes as well as alphabetize them for easier reference.  The Department of Public Safety and Office of Court Administration anticipate no fiscal impact from this bill. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
