No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would authorize a municipality to be exempt from meeting deadlines related to a regulatory plan for a limited purpose annexation when that plan applies to certain areas. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003 and would apply to the areas described that are annexed for limited purposes in connection with a strategic partnership agreement before, on, or after that date.
