No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide that delinquent conduct is conduct that violates a lawful order of any court under circumstances that would constitute contempt of that court. No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
