HB2544 by Bonnen (Relating to certain requirements imposed on a sex offender who enters the premises of a school.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a registered sex offender to immediately notify the administrative office of the school upon entering the school premises.  The school office would be authorized to provide a chaperone to accompany the person while the person is on school premises.  It is assumed that the bill would not have a significant impact on the State.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
