HB2546 by Bonnen (Relating to the land application of certain sludge.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill proposes changes to requirements for permits for the land application of sludge. The Commission on Environmental Quality expects that passage of the bill would require that the agency make database changes, web site development, and related maintenance. These additional duties are not expected to require significant additional resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
