No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Utilities Code to expand the Public Utility Commission's authority regarding electric transmission capacity.  Based on the analysis by the Public Utility Commission, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
