HB2778 by Hughes (Relating to allowing certain off-site sales by motor vehicle dealers.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Department of Transportation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.  In addition, it is assumed that any additional revenues realized from implementing the provisions of the bill would be used for other eligible transportation projects.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
