No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide for limited civil liability for emergency services providers that provide 9-1-1 emergency services on behalf of a public agency. The provision should not significantly impact the state budget.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. There may be minimal savings in liability insurance premiums for emergency services providers.
