No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would provide that a domestic relations office's authority to charge a monthly service fee to the managing and possessory conservator includes non-Title IV-D child support services provided under a formal agreement with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). The bill also provides for enforcement activities related to this fee. The OAG indicates no significant impact on its workload.
