No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides for the confidentiality of certain records and communications with a domestic relations office. The Office of the Attorney General expresses concern that the provisions of the bill could be interpreted to prohibit payment records and support order information from being provided to the Title IV-D agency.
