No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would repeal the September 1, 2003, expiration date for qualified nonprofit corporations to issue student loan bonds under Chapter 53 of the Education Code.  The Texas Public Finance Authority states that no fiscal impact to the state is anticipated. 



Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
