HB2916 by Ritter (Relating to the purchase of creditable service time by members of Judicial Retirement System, Plan Two.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill allows Judicial Retirement System, Plan Two, members to purchase additional service credits at a cost to the member that is approximately equal to the increase in the actuarial accrued liability attributable to the purchased service.  No material fiscal implications are anticipated to result from passage of this legislation.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
