No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) estimates implementation of the bill would cost $329,375 per year in federal funds, based on its current experience with a similar pilot program.  It is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing provisions of the bill could be accomplished by TWC utilizing existing resources.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
