No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules related to the operation of mobile pharmacy systems.

It is assumed the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within the agency's existing resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
