IN RE:	HB3039 by Cook, Robby (Relating to the lease of space for state agencies by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

The bill would amend the language in Government Code, Section 2167.001 by including "boat storage space", "vehicle parking space", and "aircraft hangar space" in the applicability of the contract for lease space processes. Additionally, the bill will repeal several sections of Government Code 2167.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
