HB3044 by Cook, Robby (Relating to written comments by the General Land Office regarding leases executed by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

The bill repeals the sections in Government Code, Section 2165.154 and Section 2165.204, which require the General Land Office to provide written comments on leases executed for agricultural or commercial purposes by the Building and Procurement Commission.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
