No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, based on analyses by the Texas Education Agency.
The bill would amend chapter 22 of the Texas Education Code as it relates to teacher personal leave. It would allow teachers to designate, from among the leave available to the employee, the order in which such leave will be used.
