No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Department of Insurance indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

The agency anticipates a gain of $27,800 in fees from additional filings related to the bill.  It is assumed that any increase would be offset by a corresponding decrease to the Insurance Maintenance Tax.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
