No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would implement recommendation HHS 24, "Create a Medicaid Consumer-Directed Care Demonstration Project", of the Comptroller of Public Accounts' Special Report to the Legislature. 

The Comptroller's Office estimates the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.
