HB3184 by Hill (Relating to the financing, construction, improvement, maintenance, and operation of toll facilities by the Texas Department of Transportation.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

 

The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in both houses; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
