HB3201 by Deshotel (Relating to enforcement of certain provisions in construction contracts.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Department of Transportation, the Office of Rural and Community Affairs, the Texas Building and Procurement Commission, the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the Department of Criminal Justice, and the Parks and Wildlife Department, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
