HB3211 by Heflin (Relating to certain veterans' assistance programs.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide changes to definitions for the Veterans' Land Board (VLB) and the Veterans' Financial Assistance programs.  Although the changes could impact the number of veterans that would be eligible to participate in VLB programs, any increase in debt service would be funded with repayments received from participating veterans.  

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
