No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide as an exception to the limit of $6,000 annually in fees of office for a municipal utility district director those directors who own or operate one or more water treatment plants, one or more wastewater treatment plants, and parks and recreational facilities.

No effective date is listed; however, it is assumed the bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
