No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would provide that certain violations of the terms of a court order that provides for the possession of or access to a child constitute a material and substantial change of circumstances to justify the modification of a decree that provides for the appointment of a conservator or for the possession of or access to a child. There would be no significant fiscal impact to the state.
