No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the committee substitute language, the Workers' Compensation Commission and the State Office of Risk Management indicate that some costs may be associated with the implementation of the bill.  It is assumed that any costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
