No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis by the Workers' Compensation Commission, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.  The bill would amend the Labor Code by reducing the terms of the agency's commissioners from six year staggered terms to two year terms.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
